Orders & shipping
Where we deliver, what it costs and how to follow your parcel.
We currently ship to addresses across the United States. If you are outside the US, send us a note and we will let you know as soon as we can deliver to you.
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum order and nothing extra is added at checkout.
You will receive an order confirmation email straight away, then a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Get in touch as soon as you can with your order number. If your order has not shipped yet we will do our best to update it; once it is on its way, our returns process applies.

Tell us what happened and we will help you find the right fix, whether that is advice on using the tool, an exchange or a refund in line with our refund policy.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; your card details never pass through our store.
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you see your order history and saved addresses, and makes reordering quicker.
Create an accountEnter your code in the discount field at checkout before you pay. The new total is shown straight away. One code can be applied per order.
